CardKnox Gift

1. Set Up CardKnox Gift

• Go to Back Office, then General Set Up, then Advanced Set Up
• Search for cardKnoxGift, enter Y and click on Save Global
• Go to Restaurant Set Up, then Credit Set Up
• Enter the Source Key in password field
• Enter CardKnox in processor field
• Enter PIN number
• Save

2. Check Gift Card Balance

• Go to Back Office, Gift and Loyalty, click on Check Gift Card Balance
• For all the information for all gift card transactions, please go to the cardknox website

3. Issue Gift Card

• In Menu Set Up, create a category called Gift Card. Make sure Gift Card Category checkbox is checked in the Edit screen
• Create items in the Gift Card Cateogry
• Go to Order Screen and click on the Gift Card category button
• Click on any Gift Card items
• Swipe the Gift Card and complete the order
• The gift card will be issued when the order is completed

4. Redeem Gift Card

• After the order is ready to be paid, click on the Pay button on the order screen
• On the payment screen, click on the Gift button
• Swipe the gift card to pay

5. Cardknox Gift Card Limitations

• No Cancel Gift Card Function
